The Dogwood’s facade is comprised of the original 1940s Kroger Grocery storefront, huge picture windows and a pair of towering Cyprus doors dating from 1860s New Orleans. A second story was added during renovations with a terrace overlooking The Grove neighborhood. Its glass railing enclosure and Euro-wall of windows provides a modern and minimalist contrast to the street level view.

The Manchester Room is the heart of our venue and main gathering space. Its stunning curved staircase naturally draws the eye and has provided the backdrop for many memorable entrances. Our sleek bar is topped in white marble and always adorned in flowers and candles for a cozy-chic ambiance.

Our second floor offers a striking contrast to the Manchester Room with its bright white walls and abundant natural light from a wall of windows that open fully onto the terrace. This versatile space is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and intimate dinner parties. As the evening progresses, it effortlessly transforms into a club-like atmosphere with dimmed lights and a Band or DJ spinning tunes for dancing.

The Magnolia Lounge is the perfect place for you and your wedding party to prepare and relax before the ceremony. It features two separate rooms, each with its own restroom, providing ample soft seating, large mirrors, salon stations for hair and makeup, a bar, and mini fridges. You'll have access to the lounge four hours before your event start time, with the option to add four additional hours for $1000.
We hope you'll find the Magnolia Lounge to be a comfortable and convenient space to begin your special day.
For non-wedding celebrations, it also can serve as a “green room”.
